Vanesti E. Bennett is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Deerfield, FL office. Ms. Bennett is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, Georgia and Washington, D.C. Her practice is primarily focused in the area of commercial litigation, inclusive of representation of developers in breach of contract disputes, inter alia. Prior to joining her current firm, Ms. Bennett worked at a law firm in Coral Springs, FL where she practiced primarily construction law, including representation of subcontractors and telecommunications construction contractors, inter alia, as well as other matters involving property damage and premises liability claims. Prior to that, she worked at a firm in Boca Raton, FL in its Commercial Litigation and Appeals department where she practiced complex commercial litigation, construction litigation and civil litigation. Furthermore, Ms. Bennett has also worked in several private law firms since 2003 and has gained extensive experience as a result.

Ms. Bennett is currently an Adjunct Professor at Nova Shepard Board College of Law for the Masters of Science in Law Program and teaches Technology and Privacy Concerns in the Workplace and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Bennett is a member of the following professional and legal organizations: Broward County Bar Association (Commercial Law, Construction Law and Family Law sections), Palm Beach County Bar Association, Stephen R. Booher Inn of Court, American Bar Association, and the Urban League of Broward County. She is also currently serving as a board member of the T.J. Reddick Bar Association (2018-2019), a local bar association whose purpose is to promote professional excellence of black lawyers, increase college and law school enrollments for black students and to improve the general welfare of Broward County, as well as a board member for her community association.

Ms. Bennett received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was actively involved as a member in the Phi Delta Phi International Spellman Inn (Legal Honors Fraternity), Peter T. Fay Inn of Court, Caribbean Law Students Association, Public Interest Law Students Association, Black Law Students Association and served as an Ambassador of Student Bar Association. She was on the Dean's List and was a Dean's Merit Scholarship Award recipient. While in law school, Ms. Bennett worked as a Law Clerk and was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Gisela Cardonne-Ely of the 11th Judicial Circuit and the Honorable Michael A. Robinson of the 17th Judicial Circuit.

Prior to law school, Ms. Bennett attended Florida Metropolitan University n/k/a Everest University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in Criminal Justice and an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal. There, she was also on the Dean's and President's Lists. Additionally, Ms. Bennett was a Certified Paralegal with the National Association of Legal Assistants (2007-2012) and a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar (2008-2010).
