Vanesti E. Bennett is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Deerfield, FL office. Ms. Bennett is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, Georgia and Washington, D.C. Her practice is primarily focused in the area of commercial litigation, inclusive of representation of developers in breach of contract disputes, inter alia. Prior to joining her current firm, Ms. Bennett worked at a law firm in Coral Springs, FL where she practiced primarily construction law, including representation of subcontractors and telecommunications construction contractors, inter alia, as well as other matters involving property damage and premises liability claims. Prior to that, she worked at a firm in Boca Raton, FL in its Commercial Litigation and Appeals department where she practiced complex commercial litigation, construction litigation
Ms. Bennett is currently an Adjunct Professor at Nova Shepard Board College of Law for the Masters of Science in Law Program and teaches Technology and Privacy Concerns in the Workplace and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Fay Inn of Court, Caribbean Law Students Association, Public Interest Law Students Association, Black Law Students Association and served as an Ambassador of Student Bar Association. She was on the Dean's List and was a Dean's Merit Scholarship Award
