When he’s not serving as an Adjunct Professor, Mark Eiglarsh zealously and passionately fights for his clients as a trial attorney. He specializes in state and federal criminal defense and handles personal injury and wrongful death matters.

 Mark Eiglarsh holds an "AV rating" from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating obtainable, and was voted by his peers as one of the "Best of the Bar." He has been named among Florida Trend's "Legal Elite," a distinction awarded to less than one percent of lawyers in Florida and was selected as a "Super Lawyer" in recognition of his peer-reviewed accomplishments and professional competence.

 Mark is a published author and a sought-after lecturer and speaker, having contributed to numerous legal and non-legal publications. His popular book, “Be Happy by Choice. Happiness Guaranteed or Your Misery Back,” has also gained widespread recognition. As an on-air legal analyst, Mark frequently provides commentary on all major television networks.

On a personal note, Mark takes pride in his family, which includes his loving wife of 24 years, Beth, their three exceptional children, and their Goldendoodles, “Peace” and “Quiet.”
