Jennifer Erdelyi is proud to return to her alma mater as an Adjunct Professor of Law. Ms. Erdelyi received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. As a student at the law school, she was a Goodwin Scholar, the recipient of a full merit-based scholarship. Ms. Erdelyi served as the Technical Editor of the Nova Law Review, and received several book awards for the highest grade in classes including Corporations, and Wills, Trusts, and Estates. 

Ms. Erdelyi is now a Vice President and Associate Wealth Strategist at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In this role, Ms. Erdelyi provides wealth management guidance and helps clients pursue their individual goals in financial and estate planning, risk management, wealth transfer, inter-generational planning and philanthropy. She coordinates with the client’s team of advisors and conducts periodic reviews to help clients monitor progress.

Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Ms. Erdelyi served as a practicing attorney at Colodny Fass, P.A., focused in the fields of estate planning, estate administration, corporate transactional, and regulatory law. 

Ms. Erdelyi graduated from the University of Miami Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning with an LL.M. degree in Estate Planning, and earned her B.A. degree in Communication from Rutgers University.

Ms. Erdelyi is on the Board of Directors of the West Broward Estate Planning Council. She is a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL), and is on the Advisory Board of the Broward County chapter of FAWL. Ms. Erdelyi is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and its Wills, Trusts & Estates Committee. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and its Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law section. She is admitted to the Florida Bar, and is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section.
