Jennifer Erdelyi is proud to return to her alma mater as an Adjunct Professor of Law. Ms. Erdelyi received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. As a student at the law school, she was a Goodwin Scholar, the recipient of a full merit-based scholarship. Ms. Erdelyi served as the Technical Editor of the Nova Law
Ms. Erdelyi is now a Vice President and Associate Wealth Strategist at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In this role, Ms. Erdelyi provides wealth management guidance and helps clients pursue their individual goals in financial and estate planning, risk management, wealth transfer, inter-generational planning
Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Ms. Erdelyi served as a practicing attorney at Colodny Fass, P.A., focused in the fields of estate planning, estate administration, corporate transactional, and regulatory law.
Ms. Erdelyi graduated from the University of Miami Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning with an LL.M. degree in Estate
