Education:
Jocelyne Macelloni earned her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. While attending Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Macelloni was actively involved in the Nova Law Review and served as Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. Additionally, Ms. Macelloni spent a semester studying International Law at Universita degli Studi Roma Tre, in Rome, Italy, and received a certificate in International Law.
An experienced litigator, Ms. Macelloni represents businesses in state and federal courts throughout the country, in various practice areas including, employment, construction, and commercial and residential real estate disputes. Ms. Macelloni currently focuses her practice on the areas of factoring and asset based lending.
