An AV Preeminent® rated attorney, Carolina Sznajderman Sheir is a partner at Eisinger Law, a full-service real estate law firm based in Hollywood, Florida. Ms. Sheir focuses her practice on real estate law, condominium and community association law, commercial litigation, construction litigation and developer representation.

She also teaches a DBPR-approved Condominium and Homeowners Association Board Certification Course and regularly trains and certifies clients of the law firm and board members throughout the state. The Board Certification course educates board members on recent legislative changes affecting condominium and homeowner associations, explains the role of fiduciary duties and guides board members through the applicable statutes and legal complexities governing community associations.

Sheir brings a significant amount of association litigation experience representing luxury high-rise condominium associations, concentrating on association related general representation and construction defect litigation, as well as general commercial and real estate litigation matters, association lien foreclosures and collections related litigation.

Concentrating in international law, Sheir earned dual law degrees, receiving her juris doctor and graduating summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and the Universidad de Barcelona, Facultat de Dret in Barcelona, Spain. Sheir was a member of the Nova Law Review. She received her bachelor of science, business administration degree, graduating summa cum laude from the University of South Florida. Ms. Sheir served the Honorable Robert M. Gross, Chief Judge State of Florida, Fourth District Court of Appeal as a law clerk, where she was responsible for researching and writing bench memoranda for civil, family and criminal appellate matters.

Ms. Sheir is a member of The Florida Bar, Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida. She is a native from Buenos Aires, Argentina and is fluent in English and Spanish.
