Adjunct Professor Tell is a General Practitioner/Bilingual Mediator and Arbitrator at Meah Rothman Tell, P.A., where she has mediated thousands of residential and commercial insurance cases, family cases, personal injury cases, employment cases, civil and commercial cases and appellate cases filed in Federal and State Court. Adjunct Professor Tell also serves as a member of the Florida Supreme Court ADR Rules & Policy Committee and the Florida Court Mediation Training Review Board.
Adjunct Professor Tell has an extensive teaching background as an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University, St. Thomas University School of Law, University of Miami, as a Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitration Trainer, ADR Educational Systems, Inc., Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Training, Charter Newsletter Editor, lecturing in numerous seminars. She is one of two Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitration Trainers for Court-Connected Arbitration and has taught an Advanced Arbitration Training Class for more than ten years.
Adjunct Professor Tell is involved in many Professional Affiliations including the Bilingual Mediator/Arbitrator: Mediation, Inc., American Arbitration Association: Commercial and Employment Panels of Mediators and Arbitrators, and many others. She began her career as an ADR Professional as an Arbitrator, first serving on the American Arbitrator Association Commercial and Employment Panels and later on the arbitration panels.
Adjunct Professor Tell is fluent in Spanish, and conversational Spanish. She mediates, arbitrates and teaches in both Spanish and English.
