Our Faculty and Staff

Wendy West, J.D., M.S.Ed., is a Senior Staff Attorney at Three Rivers Legal Services, where she focuses on special education, government benefits, veterans' law, and administrative law. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and has extensive experience representing clients before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH).

In addition, she serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. A former Florida-certified K–8 teacher, Ms. West holds a Juris Doctor, a Master of Science in Education Law, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and an Associate of Arts in Journalism.
