On Campus Interviews allows students to "bid" on (apply to) participating employers who select candidates for interviews for potential summer and full-time employment. This program also includes Resume Collections which allow students to submit their resumes to employers who have expressed an interest in hiring Shepard Broad College of Law students. The employers then have the opportunity to directly contact selected students to proceed through a formal interview process.
