The Journal has a worldwide circulation, with scholarly work affecting the global community.

The Journal of International Law and Comparative Studies dedicates a portion of each issue to showcasing student research in international law. The Journal of International Law and Comparative Studies gladly considers notes, comments, and essays written by law students.
