Gregory R. Eisinger is a partner at Eisinger Law, a full-service Florida law firm focusing on Community Association law, Real Estate law, Developer Representation, Commercial Litigation and Insurance law.

He focuses his law practice on community association law, real estate transactions, contract disputes and commercial litigation. He regularly attends community association board and members meetings, drafts demand and opinion letters, heads the firm’s lien and mortgage foreclosure division, represents clients in commercial litigation disputes and conducts real estate closings.

Gregory received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Florida Warrington College of Business and earned his Juris Doctorate in Law from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. He was on the Nova Law Review, in the Pro Bono Honor Program and was a Bronze Level Merit Scholarship recipient.

Gregory teaches a DBPR-approved Condominium and Homeowners Association Board Certification Course and regularly trains and certifies clients of the law firm and board members throughout the state. The Board Certification course educates board members on recent legislative changes affecting condominium and homeowner associations, explains the role of fiduciary duties and guides board members through the applicable statutes and legal complexities governing community associations.

When Gregory is not practicing law, he is usually seen playing basketball or coaching his three children in various sports.
