Debbie Rowe, Esq. is an experienced talent acquisition manager with an extensive background in the legal, business, and higher education sectors. Currently serving as the Legal Talent Acquisition Manager at DLA Piper LLP (US), she oversees U.S. wide recruitment for the litigation practice group. Debbie has over a decade of experience in higher education with the University of Miami School of Law and Florida International College of Law where she managed the career development programs, employer relationships and recruiting events for LL.M. and J.D. students. For five years, Debbie was an Adjunct Professor at Florida Memorial University where she taught Business Law, Organizational Behavior and Management, and Business Ethics and Society. Debbie’s legal career spanned almost 14 years in private firms, public and government organizations where she handled complex commercial litigation, employment, health, and family law matters.

Prior to her legal career, Debbie worked in finance and banking at Ryder Systems, Inc., and Bank of America. Debbie received her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and her MBA and BBA from the University of Miami. She is also a Certified Professional Coach helping high achieving women thrive in their careers and life, and a dedicated mentor to underserved students in the South Florida community. Debbie currently serves on the board of the South Florida Association for Law Placement (SFALP). Debbie is licensed to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
